What can be suggested and what can't?

Suggestions which would:
-use many objects (a bit more are now allowed), fast timers, etc.
-give unfair advantages on any players
-could/would be abused
... should NOT be suggested.

Pretty much anything else can be suggested.
Suggestions will be checked later by admins.
